For no call/no shows 100% of service fee. Some appointments will require a deposit. A card on file is required to book all appointments for new guests. This deposit will go towards your appointment or cancellation. It is non-refundable. By booking and reserving your appointment you are agreeing to these terms. Later evening appointments are available Fridays after 3pm to 7pm. If you would like an evening appointment reach out to me directly as they aren’t available thru online booking. All appointments will be asked 3 days in advance to be confirmed. Please confirm via text or email. If it is not confirmed it may be cancelled as i do have a waitlist some days.
