Please be aware I charge 50% of service fee for appointments cancelled/rescheduled same day/ or less then 48 hours before appointment time. For no call/no shows 100% of service fee. Some appointments will require a deposit. A card on file is required to book all appointments for new guests. This deposit will go towards your appointment or cancellation. It is non-refundable. By booking and reserving your appointment you are agreeing to these terms.
All appointments will be asked 3 days in advance to be confirmed. Please confirm via text or email. If it is not confirmed it may be cancelled as i do have a waitlist some days.
Thank you for understanding my time is valuable. If you are not in my chair, I am not getting paid.
